WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS THAT YOU CATER FOR?

Our Private dining minimum number is 2 guests. We have a set price of £350 this is based on a  special set 5-course menu with your own personal chef to cook and serve you. Please note however this service is only available within 30 miles radius of our HQ.
Our Private dining extends to parties from 3 to 60 , we work on the lower the guest rate the higher the cost. We offer event catering from 30-300 so Big or small we have you covered.

DO YOU CATER TO VEGANS CLIENTS ?

We are happy to cater to vegans and offer vegan alternative options on request.

We also do our best to fulfil other dietary requests however we can not guarantee the absence of Nuts as these are present within our kitchen. 

CAN YOU CATER TO GLUTEN-FREE CLIENTS?

We make every effort with regards to Gluten-free and are fortunate enough to have a separate kitchen for preparation However during the service we can not guarantee the cross-contamination of a product as after all, we are serving in your domestic home kitchen. To combat this we normally suggest that if a client has a server gluten intolerance the whole menu becomes Gluten-free.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL WHEN PROVIDING PRIVATE DINING SERVICES? 

We are conveniently based just a stone's throw away from the M6, M42, M1 & the A38 so getting North and South of Birmingham is a breeze, traffic permitting.
However, our normal service radius is approx 55 miles from our kitchen HQ. 
We are happy to happy travel further afield however this may affect the overall cost of the dinner or event overall.

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT IN MY KITCHEN?

Basically No, you don't need to worry about any specialist equipment if we need any special kitchen gadgets we usually bring them along ourselves. All we need is enough space to plate up on . Preferably a countertop, an oven in good working order, hob rings any type will do, a sink with fresh running water, a kettle, & a freezer comes in handy and so does a microwave occasionally. General utensils are always a bonus. If you have any worries when making a booking just let us know it's not a problem as long as we have prior knowledge to the event date.

MY DINING TABLE IS TOO SMALL CAN YOU PROVIDE SOMETHING MORE SUITABLE?  DO YOU KNOW A GOOD MIXOLOGIST?  

At Chef4u we are committed to providing you with the best service possible and that also goes for recommending 3rd party suppliers. we have a tight network of like-minded individuals that we have worked with over the years and we are happy to recommend our colleagues on request.

SO WHAT'S INCLUDED ?  

When clients engage in hosting a Chef4u private dining dinner party the service includes

  • A seasonal menu created and tailored to their event with all ingredients required for the dishes, inc freshly baked bread and ground coffee.

  • Their own exclusive professional personal chef 

  • Trained service staff to look after them for the duration of the meal.

  • High-quality crockery and cutlery required to fulfill the menu

  • Crystal glassware for wines and water  [we don't charge corkage ]

  • Linen napkins 

  • Full kitchen clean down service, leaving clients' kitchen spotlessly clean, no fuss or washing up to worry about. 

As with any service you want to make sure the service that you are receiving is the right one for you, especially when you have services within your own home or holiday rental,  so to give you peace of mind we can confirm that we are fully insured in both public and product liability.
